3. Quality regulation
Controlling is the best known way of
saving on energy. The regulator can be programmed and it helps
the gain of heat to be included (eg: sunshine from the windows,
working irons, cookers etc.) The regulator makes the reduction
of temperature possible eg: at nights or when nobody is at
home. The whole system must react quickly and with minimal
difference. Those sources of heat are suitable to fulfil these
requirements which can easily reach the proper temperature,
which have enough reserve to follow the change of temperature
on the surface, which make simple regulation possible, which
do not depend on each other. The radiating heating panels
meet these requirements. The traditional ways of heating (eg:
floor heating or central heating) have to warm up a big mass
(eg: the floor or the water int the radiators and in the boiler),
the time - constant of the radiating panels is 900 seconds.
The high temperature on the surface of the panels (max. 100
oC because the panels on the ceiling are out of reach) satisfies
the needs of temperature.
